1. Tell me about yourself. Not your whole life story.

 A:Thanks,I am from a seashore city in Fujian Province,and graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications . My majority is Electric and Engineer and graduating with outstanding achievement. Beside the well academic, i have some social practice and partime jobs including Editor in a consulting company , Chief Technology Officer in a telecommunication company and a writer in a webmedia.

 

2. Why should I hire you?/ Are you the best person for the job? Best person for the job, why?

 

Thanks for your question, maybe i am the best person for this job,but i and the job are the best pair,we are matching for each other.  I will do my very best to make everyday productive and this job will make our company be fruitful.

 

3. What is your long-range objective? How will you reach the objective?
 

 My objective is to be an expert in the area which our company focusing on . The expert  not only equal an experienced engineer  ,but also a good coach in this field .

 

Firstly ,i will be an engineer in our company to conducting  the base projects .

 

Sencondly ,learning from the experts  in our company and keeping communication with the professors in college.

 

and then i will be a PM to master the skills about managing a whole project.

 

 

4. How has your education prepared you for your career? Behavior example?

 

 i have conducted many projects in lab,from a teamer to a team leader.

 

so i am sure i can deal with the projects in our company. What i have learnt from these projects is how to study and  how to control the project besides the details of technology.

 

5. Are you a team player? Give example?

 

 

Yes,i have been a team player  in many project .

6. Have you ever had a conflict with your boss or professor? How was it resolved? Show your ability to resolved and respect for others opinions.

 

Yes,i have some disagreements with our professor about the trend of our project.  we can have different ideas,but we should respect each other.  i have more research and communicated with professor detailly.

 

7. What is your greatest weakness? Don't deceive.

 

I was not so confident sometime

8. If I were to ask your professor to describe you, what would they say? Reference check question.

 

Maybe they will say i am a intelligent boy ,but need more practice.

9. What qualifies do you feel a successful manager should have?   Leadership and vision

 

He should know how to respect people including his team members and his managers honestly.

10. If you have to live your life over again, what one thing would you change? Key turning point or missed opportunity.... to positive.

 

 i will pay more time in learning english .
