pay 20% time or one day to think/design what they are interested.
Except google search, most of google's products are from this rule. It
is amazing for all componies who are interested in innovation of their
engineers. The difficult thing is how to make engineers think
creatively and make the idea become an product. Google has the culture
to realize that. A open search platform and open brainstorm
environment. We can prepare that and then make it the gene of our
company.
