568 Talking about when the business is good.  Brisk / slow business.

M: Anial, long time no see. Let me buy you a drink and celebrating.

F:  Oh, year. What is the good news?

M:  My company has had a banner months since our launch a new line of software. We have trouble keeping up with the demand. Every products are frying out of shelves.

F:   Wow, that is great news. Everybody I talked to is singing a different tune.  Food traffic is down, and business  is slow, really slow.

M:  That is too bad. I thought Yao's company was doing brisk business. Six months ago, he was selling a line of cell phone that was all the rage. And customers were bidding down his store to get a one.
F:   That was six months ago. It is different now. Those cell phones are now considered passe. And he has inventory he can't unload. You know how fickle the market is.

M: I am sorry to hear that. How about you? How is travel business?

F: Why do you think sitting here to quite my beer. Pull up the chair and I will tell you my sob story.
